No waiting period for your payment

  • You can collect the fare from the passengers directly by cash or through your "UPI" ID.
  • Under any circumstances, We will not intervene and demand money from the users. For your information, there is no way for users to send us money in our mobile application.

Assured rides while returning home

  • Through our unique bidding system, the drivers can bid for a slightly lower cost than the prescribed rate to ensure that they don't go home with an empty ride.
  • Similarly the drivers can bid for a higher rate in a condition, when traveling is not easy.

What are the commission charges with Jiffy?

There are no commission charges with Jiffy. Instead you have to pay a meager TRF charges only.

What is TRF?

TRF is nothing but a “Trip Recommendation Fee”. Irrespective of the trip fare, it will be a standard fee, which you will be paying for each and every trip.

How much is the TRF charges?

TRF will differ from vehicle to vehicle. It will be Rs. 5 for bikes, Rs. 7 for Autos, Rs. 10 for mini cab, Rs. 12 for Sedan and Rs. 15 for SUVs. This is the fare you will be paying for every trip.

When to make the TRF payment?

The drivers can make the payment whenever they want. Ideally we suggest making the payment after every 10 trips.

What will happen, if someone forgets to make the TRF payment?

If someone forgot to make the payment after the 25th trip, their ID would be blocked. They won’t be getting any further trip notification.

How long it will take to revoke the blocked ID?

It will take 2-3 working days to revoke your ID block.

How the tariffs were fixed?

It’s going to be a Standard rate all the time. However there will be 30% hike in the tariff between 10pm-6am.

Is there any peak hour charges / platform charges / GST charges?

No!! There won’t be any charges other than the TRF charges. Your TRF payment is inclusive of everything.

How the customers choose the driver?

When a customer search for a cab, the notification would be pushed to all the nearby drivers with the drop location!! Driver can accept or reject based on their preference.
While accepting the trip, the drivers have two options. Either they can accept the Jiffy’s Standard rate or they can offer a rate with the bidding option.
After that, the entire accepted driver’s profile would be shown to the customer.
The customer can choose any driver from that lot, based on proximity, rate and timing.

How the driver collects the payment from the customer?

Drivers can collect the payment directly from the customer in the form of cash or with their own UPI ID.

Whether the TRF concept is an introductory offer?

The TRF concept is not an introductory offer, the concept will continue forever.

Will the TRF charges will be revised in the future?

We can assure you, the TRF charges will never get revised. But based on the fuel price, the tariff charges may change in the future without any notice.

What I am supposed to do, if the customer cancels the trip after I reach the customer’s place?

Once the customer chosen the Driver, it’s been considered that the trip has been confirmed. If the customer cancels the trip in between, he/she liable to make a payment of Rs. 25 for Cars, 15 for Autos and 10 for Bikes.

What I am supposed to do, if the customer changes the destination after I reach the customer’s place?

If the drop location is acceptable by you, you can take that ride. If it is not acceptable, you can cancel the ride and the customer has to pay the cancellation fee of Rs. 25/15/10 respectively.

What I am supposed to do, if my vehicle suddenly got broke down after I am accepting the trip?

Immediately inform the customer about the situation and cancel the ride. Cancelation fee is not applicable here. Also inform the customer care about the situation.

What’s the waiting time at the customer’s place?

Maximum of 5 minutes can be the waiting time for all types of vehicles.

How many trips are guaranteed per day?

There are no guaranteed trips. Since the booking is purely based on customer’s preference, we cannot guarantee the number of trips. However we can ensure that, we can continuously work hard to increase the number of users through our unique referral system.

Is there any incentives and what’s the slab?

As of now, there are no incentives schemes with Jiffy. However, we had taken enough steps to increase your income by four folds. Since there is no commission, you can save huge amount in that. How do I refer drivers to Jiffy? What’s the revenue for that?

Every driver/user will have a referral code. Your mobile number is the referral code. With that referral code, you can ask your fellow drivers to download the app with your referral code. You can see the revenue grid in our website www.jiffymodel.com

Is there any guaranteed trip to home?

Of course, you can plan your trip to home through our unique bidding system. By offering a small/big discount to the customers, you can get the desired location or nearby location. This bidding system ensures that, you get an income even while going home.

Can I increase my rate in the bidding system?

Of course, you can increase the rate. But, if you increase the rate in the normal situation, you are unlikely to get picked by the customer. On the other hand, when the situation is abnormal like midnight, early morning, rainy, stormy weather conditions or remote places, the probability of choosing you is very high.

What are the additional benefits can we expect from Jiffy?

Within few months, all the drivers will be covered under Life Insurance. After that, the active drivers would be covered under Medical Insurance, in which the drivers and their family members can take treatment in any familiar hospitals in their city or anywhere in the State.
